Returns & Refunds

We want your dog to have the right bed. If it is not right, you can send it back.

Your 30-day return period

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This is longer than the 14-day period required under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and it applies whether the bed is faulty or simply not suitable.

We ask that the item is in a resaleable condition. Normal trial use is fine — we expect you to let your dog try the bed. If it has been heavily soiled or damaged beyond ordinary use, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

How to return an item

  1. Email us at contact@pepipaw.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will reply within one working day with return instructions.
  3. Send the item back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

Return postage

If the item is faulty, incorrectly described, or we sent the wrong product, we cover the return cost.

If you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the return postage is at your cost. Please note that dog beds are bulky and return postage can be significant — this is why we ask you to check the size chart carefully before ordering, and why our team will help you choose if you are unsure.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show the credit.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If an item develops a fault, contact us with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancelling before dispatch

If your order has not yet been dispatched, email us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
