Delivery cost

Delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 5 to 8 working days.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands may take longer. If there is an additional charge for your postcode, we will contact you before dispatching.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking link once it has been dispatched. If your tracking link has not arrived and it has been more than a few days since you ordered, email us and we will look into it.

Large items

Our XL, XXL and Human Size beds are large parcels. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery, and check that the item will fit through your door and into the room where it will live. The dimensions of every bed are listed on the product page.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it where possible, and contact us within 48 hours. If your order has not arrived within 8 working days, email us and we will chase the carrier on your behalf.
