Choosing a mat size

A mat should be wide enough for your dog to lie flat on their side with legs extended. That is the position dogs take when they want to cool down, and it needs more width than a curled-up dog does. Size up rather than down.

Size The mat Your dog
M 100 x 85cm Up to 35kg
Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer
L 115 x 100cm Up to 60kg
German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Bernese
XL 130 x 115cm Up to 85kg
Great Dane, Newfoundland, Saint Bernard

Where to put it

On top of an existing bed, straight on the floor, in a crate, or in the car boot on a summer drive. It works on any flat surface.

How it works

The gel absorbs warmth from your dog on contact - no water, no freezer, no electricity. After 15 to 20 minutes unused it returns to room temperature and is ready again.
