Choosing your cushion bed size
Measure your dog from nose to the base of the tail while they are lying stretched out, then add about 15cm. Between two sizes, go up — this is a flat cushion, so your dog will use every centimetre of it.

A generously padded cushion bed for large and giant breeds. No bolsters, no raised sides — just a large flat surface, thick enough that a heavy dog does not press through to the floor.
The XL and 2XL sizes are wide enough for a Great Dane or Newfoundland to lie fully stretched out on their side, which is how big dogs actually sleep.

Shake it out and brush the surface through occasionally to keep the pile lifted and stop hair building up.

If your dog sleeps sprawled flat on their side, a cushion gives them more usable room for the same footprint. If they like resting their chin on something raised, a bolster bed suits them better. Both work - it comes down to how your dog actually sleeps.
